What's on in Navan - Issue #25 - Market is Back & Food Crawl info
Navan's first Harvest Market continues this week after a very successful start last Saturday
The market will run on Saturdays until 12th Oct. Its taking place outside the Solstice Arts Centre from 10am to 3pm each week and will feature some yummy food and awesome crafts.
This Week we will be joined by:
Organic Fruit & Veg from Organic for Health
Craft pieces from Helen's Crochet Creations and Design with Style
Bath Bombs and treats from Body Bubblezz
Cheese and local food from Slane Food Circle
Teas and Beauty Products from Ayush Ayurvedic Beauty Room
Hungarian Chimney Cakes
Plants from Sedum & Sage
And featuring amazing local Artists from Meath Arts Group
With such great local produce and businesses we are hoping that a local market can become a permanent feature of our town.
There may still be a couple of slots available for stall too so if you'd like to showcase your products register here

The Big Love Navan Announcement this week was the Navan Food Crawl!!
As part of the Fáilte Irelands Taste the Island Initiative, Love Navan is delighted to announce the “Love Navan Food Crawl”.
On the 27th of October, various bars, restaurants and cafes around Navan will come together to offer a food and beverage crawl like no other. For those interested in high quality food, sourced locally, and prepared with love- this will be a date for the diary.
Starting at one of two locations in the town, visitors will visit between 5-6 local eateries for a tasting plate of local produce and a local drink to wash it all down. Producers will be available to provide commentary on the dishes featuring their produce as well as chefs providing cooking tips to the group.
Navan is situated in a perfect position within the Boyne Valley to benefit from all of the local produce on offer to its restaurants, cafes and bars. Where better then, to taste all of our areas produce, than Navan.
Restaurants involved include Luvida, The Central, Crave, Chekhovs and many more.
At the time or writing there are a few tickets still left for the Food Crawl on Eventbrite and cost €50 per person.
